Closing Turn Times
The closing
department at Overland Mortgage wants to provide you the quickest
possible turn time on your files, but that can only happen if you
provide us the tools we need to make that happen for you.
Below is an
outline of the documents that must be in your file by the time your
loan is Clear to Close; if these documents are not present in the
file, this will place your file on hold and the 24 hours will not
begin until all pertinent documentation is received:
-
Our
Closing Department turn time is 24 hours
24 hours from the time we receive
your CTC to the time docs are out to title, providing all of the
documents listed below are received
-
CTC
file received after 3pm
Your 24 hour turn time does not
begin until 8 a.m. the following day, on any files submitted into
closing after 3p.m.
-
Your
loan must be locked with our pricing department
If not locked when we receive the
CTC, your file will be placed on hold and your 24 hours will not
begin until that is received
